The terms that apply when you use this website or book air conditioner servicing, repair, gas charging, installation or maintenance with Fresh Cool Repair. Effective and last updated: 12 August 2026.
These terms form the agreement between you and Fresh Cool Repair, House 8, Road 2, Mohammadpur, Dhaka 1207, Bangladesh, whenever you use freshcoolrepair.com or book any of our services by phone, message, email or online form. By confirming a booking you accept these terms. If you are booking for a company, you confirm that you are authorised to do so on its behalf.
Our standard prices are shown on the Pricing page and are in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Prices on the website are valid from August 2026 and may be revised; the price confirmed at booking or quoted on site is the one that applies to your job.
You agree to provide safe access to the indoor and outdoor units, a working power supply and a water source for cleaning. Outdoor units must be reachable safely; where a unit is mounted high on an outside wall without a balcony or ledge, we may need a ladder, a rope-access technician or your building’s cradle, which may be charged extra. Our technicians may refuse or stop work where conditions are unsafe, including exposed or faulty wiring, damaged wall mounting, or aggressive behaviour. A visit fee may apply in these cases.
We carry out work with reasonable care and skill, using suitable tools and methods. Servicing improves cleanliness, airflow and efficiency but cannot fix underlying faults such as a failing compressor, a corroded coil or a faulty PCB; where we find such problems we will explain them and quote separately. For gas charging we test for leaks where the system has lost refrigerant; if you decline leak repair and ask only for a top-up, the gas may escape again and this is not covered by warranty.
Parts we supply are new and sourced from brand distributors or reputable Dhaka suppliers, unless you agree in writing to a used or refurbished part. Replaced parts are handed back to you unless they must be returned to a supplier for a warranty claim. Ownership of parts passes to you once they have been paid for.
Household customers pay when the job is finished and tested, by cash, bKash or Nagad. Business customers may pay by bank transfer against invoice within the period stated on the invoice. We may ask for an advance for special-order parts or large installation jobs; this will be confirmed in writing and is covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
The warranty does not cover damage from voltage fluctuations, power surges, lightning, water ingress, physical damage, pests, work by other technicians after our visit, or use of the unit against the manufacturer’s instructions. We recommend a voltage stabiliser or protector for every unit. To claim, call us with your job card number.
We are responsible for loss or damage that is a foreseeable result of our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for pre-existing faults or damage, for hidden defects in walls, wiring or plumbing that we could not reasonably see, or for indirect losses such as lost business or spoiled goods. Our total liability for any job is limited to the amount you paid for that job, except where the law does not allow such a limit, including under the Consumer Rights Protection Act, 2009.
AMC plans are governed by these terms plus the written schedule agreed with you, which sets out the number of units, the number of visits, response times and fees. AMC fees are payable in advance for each term unless otherwise agreed, and either party may end the contract with 30 days’ written notice.
