01 — What we do
Whether your AC needs a routine clean or has stopped cooling in the middle of a hot afternoon, the same trained technicians handle it — with the right tools, proper vacuum pumps and gauges, and a clear explanation of what they found.

Filters, indoor coil and blower wheel washed with a low-pressure jet and a drip bag, drain line flushed, outdoor condenser rinsed and running pressure checked.

02 — Why servicing matters
Dhaka’s road dust and year-round humidity are hard on air conditioners. Within a few weeks of heavy use the filters start to clog, a grey film builds up on the indoor coil and the drain tray begins to grow slime. The unit keeps running, but it moves less air, removes less heat and runs the compressor for longer to reach the temperature you set.
The U.S. Department of Energy estimates that replacing a clogged filter alone can cut an air conditioner’s energy use by 5–15%. A full wash of the coil, blower wheel and condenser goes further — and it is also the best way to stop the musty smell and the water drips that usually follow a neglected unit.

03 — How a visit works

Call or book online with the brand, the tonnage if you know it, and what the AC is doing. We give you a two-hour arrival window and the likely cost range.

In uniform, with an ID card, shoe covers and a drop sheet. They check the unit, the power supply and the room before touching anything.

You get a clear quote from our published price list. Nothing starts until you say yes, and any faulty part we remove is handed back to you.

We measure the air temperature at the vent, clean the work area and send a job card by SMS with the work done and your warranty dates.
04 — Brands & unit types
Our technicians work on fixed-speed and inverter systems from 1 to 5 tons — wall-mounted splits, window units, ceiling cassettes, floor-standing units and small ducted systems. We carry common capacitors, fan motors, sensors and remote receivers in the van, and source brand PCBs and compressors through authorised suppliers in Dhaka.

From June to September the indoor coil stays wet for hours at a time — perfect conditions for mould, slime in the drain tray and that damp smell when the AC starts. A jet-wash service now clears the growth, flushes the drain and gets the unit ready for the dry, dusty months ahead.

Every job is quoted from our published price list before work starts. If we open the unit and find something else, we stop, show you and ask.

Drop sheets under the unit, a jet-wash bag to catch dirty water, shoe covers indoors — and we take the waste water and old parts away with us.

A free 30-day re-check after any service, 90 days on repair and installation workmanship, and the supplier’s warranty on every new part we fit.
P/04
New parts come in their packaging so you can check the brand and rating. The old part is always handed back, so you can see exactly what failed.
P/05
Vacuum pumps, digital manifold gauges, clamp meters and nitrogen for leak testing — no topping up gas without first finding out why it went missing.
P/06
Something not right a week later? Call the same number. Your job card is on file, so we know the unit, the work done and the warranty straight away.
06 — Where we work
Our base on Road 2 in Mohammadpur keeps us close to the west and centre of the city, so most visits in the areas below can be done the same day. We also cover Gulshan, Banani, Uttara and Bashundhara on scheduled days.

Outside these areas a travel charge of ৳200–৳400 applies, and we always tell you before confirming the booking.
For a unit that runs most of the day in summer, every three to four months. For bedrooms used only at night, twice a year is usually enough — once before the hot season in February or March and once during the monsoon.
About 60 to 90 minutes for a wall-mounted split unit, including washing the indoor coil and blower, flushing the drain and rinsing the outdoor unit. Cassette and floor-standing units take a little longer.
For repairs there is a ৳500 diagnosis visit fee, which is adjusted against the bill if you go ahead with the repair. There is no separate visit fee for servicing or installation bookings.
Check the rating sticker on the outdoor unit. Most older units use R22; newer inverter models use R32 or R410A. Gases are never mixed — our technicians confirm the type before charging.
Cash, bKash or Nagad after the job is finished and tested. Business customers on an AMC plan can pay by bank transfer against a monthly invoice.
