What can change the price

Access. Outdoor units on exterior walls without a balcony need rope access or a ladder team (from ৳1,000).
Travel. Outside our regular zone — Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, Lalmatia, Shyamoli, Adabor, Mirpur 1–2, Farmgate, Tejgaon and nearby — a ৳200–৳400 travel charge applies.
Unit condition. Units not cleaned for over a year may need a chemical wash instead of a jet wash; we show you before upgrading.
Parts prices. Imported parts and refrigerant prices move with supply. If a quoted part price changes before ordering, we tell you first.
After-hours. Emergency visits after 9 PM carry a ৳500 surcharge, when a technician is available.

All prices are in Bangladeshi Taka and include our labour and standard consumables. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for cancellations.
