Prices are per unit per year for 1–2.5 ton splits, valid from August 2026. Cassette, floor-standing and ducted units are priced after a free site survey.

How an AMC starts

From site survey to a unit-by-unit schedule

Free site survey

We visit, count and tag every unit, note brand, tonnage, age, condition and access, and photograph the outdoor units.

Written proposal

You receive a unit list, the recommended plan for each area, visit calendar and a fixed annual price.

First deep clean

Every unit gets a full jet wash and health check so the plan starts from a clean baseline. Faults found are reported with quotes.

Scheduled visits and reports

After each round you get a short report: units serviced, readings taken, issues found and anything that needs a decision.

Rooftops & larger systems

Safe work at height, and clear limits on what we take on

Commercial outdoor units often sit on rooftops, frames or narrow ledges. Our team works with harnesses and proper ladders, and we plan access with your building management before the visit.

We service and repair split, cassette, ceiling-suspended, floor-standing and ducted split systems up to 5 tons, including multi-unit installations across several floors. For central chillers and large VRF systems, we carry out routine cleaning and will tell you honestly when a job needs the manufacturer’s own engineers.
