Service area
Same-day zone (no travel charge): Mohammadpur, Dhanmondi, Lalmatia, Shyamoli, Adabor, Jigatola, Rayer Bazar, Kallyanpur, Mirpur 1 & 2, Agargaon, Farmgate, Tejgaon, Kalabagan and Green Road.
Scheduled areas (travel charge ৳200–৳400): Gulshan, Banani, Baridhara, Mohakhali, Badda, Rampura, Uttara, Bashundhara, Motijheel and Old Dhaka.
For AMC customers with several units, there is no travel charge anywhere in Dhaka city.
Before you call
A tripped breaker or a stabiliser in delay mode after a power cut can look like a dead AC. Wait five minutes after power returns before switching on.
Make sure it’s on Cool, not Fan or Dry, and the set temperature is below the room temperature. Replace weak batteries.
Badly blocked filters can cut airflow so much that the coil ices up. Switch off, rinse, dry and refit — then give it 15 minutes.
