Fresh Cool Repair is an air conditioner service company based at House 8, Road 2, Mohammadpur. We service, repair and install ACs for families, offices and shops across Dhaka — with our own technicians, a published price list and a written warranty.
Our name says what we care about: rooms that are properly cool and air that smells fresh. Our logo’s promise — keep your cool, always — is how we try to run every visit, from the first phone call to the job card that arrives on your mobile after we leave.
Why we do it this way
Ask around any apartment building and you will hear the same stories: a “service” that took fifteen minutes and a spray bottle, a gas top-up that lasted three weeks, a price that doubled once the cover was off, a new AC dripping onto the floor because the drain was never given a slope.
We set up Fresh Cool Repair to do the opposite. That means taking the time to wash the coil and blower properly, finding leaks instead of refilling them, using vacuum pumps and gauges on every gas job, and quoting from a published list so you know what a job should cost before anyone arrives.
It is not complicated — it is simply doing the job the way the manufacturer’s manual says it should be done, and being straight with people about what we find. That is what brings customers back, and what makes them recommend us to their neighbours.
What we stand for

Every part we recommend has to be backed by a reading — pressure, current, resistance or temperature. If we can’t show you why a part has failed, we don’t replace it.

We explain the options in plain Bangla or English — repair, clean, wait, or replace — with prices, and then it is your call. No pressure and no surprises on the bill.

Cleaner unit, tidier pipes, a dry floor and a clear record of what we did. The next technician — even if it isn’t us — should be able to see the work was done right.
Our technicians
Everyone who visits your home is employed by Fresh Cool Repair — we don’t send unknown freelancers. New technicians work alongside a senior technician until they have completed our in-house checklist for servicing, gas work, electrical fault-finding and installation.
Responsible work
Refrigerant gases are powerful greenhouse gases, and older R22 also damages the ozone layer. Bangladesh is phasing out R22 under the Montreal Protocol, and we play our part in how we work every day.
